1. Agreement
By accessing or using OnTime, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use OnTime for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and verification codes, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Some shop and rider features require document review and approval.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
Product availability, prices, preparation times, delivery estimates, fees, and shop hours can change. Review your order before submitting it. The shop may accept or reject an order based on availability or operational reasons.
OnTime currently supports cash on delivery where shown in the app. Any future payment option will be subject to the terms shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by preparation, traffic, weather, location, rider availability, or events outside reasonable control.
4. Cancellations, refunds, and problems
Cancellation availability depends on the order’s current status. If the app permits cancellation, follow the in-app action promptly. For an incorrect, missing, delayed, or damaged order, contact support with the order number. Any refund or resolution depends on the circumstances, payment status, and applicable law.
5. Shop-owner and rider responsibilities
Shop owners must keep business, product, pricing, availability, food, licensing, banking, and contact information accurate. Shops are responsible for the quality, safety, legality, preparation, packaging, and accuracy of their products and orders.
Riders must provide accurate identity, licence, vehicle, location, and banking information; obey road and safety laws; handle orders carefully; and update delivery status honestly. Approval may be suspended or withdrawn if information expires, cannot be verified, or these terms are breached.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse OnTime, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, submit false information, abuse shops, riders, customers, or staff, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer restricted systems, distribute malware, manipulate orders or payouts, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
OnTime’s software, branding, design, text, and platform content are owned by or licensed to OnTime Apps. Shops retain responsibility for and rights in the product information and images they submit, while granting OnTime permission to display and process that material to operate and promote the service.
8. Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep OnTime reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnTime Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account when necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious or repeated breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as OnTime evolves. We will publish the revised version here and change the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
